Did you know there’s a World Emoji Day? A Grandparent’s Day? How about National French Fry Day? Well, they all exist and we took them very seriously at Facebook. With budgets ranging from nonexistent to very, very small we created content to celebrate the most fun (and crazy) holidays out there.

World Emoji Day

For World Emoji Day we wanted to celebrate just how far the Emoji has come. It’s been 20 years since Shigetaka Kurita created the Emoji and forever changed the way we communicate.

Back to School

To celebrate the start of the school year we had 3 artists create shareable illustrations to get everyone psyched about September.

Hispanic Heritage Month

For HHM we worked with 4 Hispanic and/or Latinx artists to create meaningful posts to celebrate their culture.

Grandparent’s Day

One of our highest performing posts ever was to celebrate Grandparent’s Day. We worked with Grandpa Chan and Grandma Marina of Drawings for My Grandchildren to create a loving post to celebrate the holiday.
